His extensive experience working with private companies, along with his expertise in public and private contracts in the oil, mining and telecommunications industries, particularly in administrative law, environmental law, community relations, arbitration and legal representation have led Xavier to becoming one of Ecuador’s most prominent lawyers for companies seeking to do business in the country.
On an international level, Xavier has significant experience developing his legal practice along with non-governmental organizations, in different matters ranging from corporate issues to environmental organizations and even human rights.
Xavier is the legal representative of transnational companies from different countries such as the United States, Europe, China, and others. His practice, characterized by his business knowledge, has allowed these companies to consolidate and grow their investments in Ecuador.
