Jessahe has extensive experience in labor law and in the analysis of global megatrends applied to business practices.

During her career, she has worked primarily in the corporate field; however, she held the position of Regional Labor Director, where she presided over several Conciliation and Arbitration Panels in collective labor matters, and gave her valuable experience in individual law.

Her curiosity for innovation has led her to participate in projects and national and international programs to discuss and create public policy regarding world trends regarding the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
