Given his experience in finances, competitive strategies and corporate governance, he has advised on important projects related to strategic procurement, in which salespersons, investment banks and third parties are involved in international transactions, asset purchases, shares purchase agreements (SPA), shareholders agreements (SHA), due diligence processes, and global and complex strategic processes, such as the disinvestment projects of ExxonMobil Corporation.
Augusto was an advisor to the Stock Market and several Investment Banking entities. He worked as Legal Vice President and Secretary General of Banco Solidario, Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and Regulation of Alegro, and Advisor to ExxonMobil Corporation.
